FINISHES AND EQUIPMENT

The buildings within the Top Zone Residence residential complex will have the following facilities and finishes:

The kitchens will be equipped with central heating, hood, hob and oven.
Each apartment will be equipped with an AC unit, which will be installed in the living room.Each bedroom will have the AC route already installed, customers will only have to install their outdoor and indoor units.
Construction completion date - 29.09.2022
The entrance door to the apartment is standard and cannot be changed
The finishes - tiles, floor tiles, parquet, interior doors - can be chosen, as far as they have not yet been installed by the developer, from the models that will be presented in the showroom on the ground floor of the block. The apartments will be sold painted white.
The balconies will be clad with fibre cement on a metal structure and will have the sides closed with glass.After signing the sale contract, the buyers can close the balconies only with glass, with the glass being made of glass.

The construction is made of reinforced concrete frames, diaphragms and slabs, concrete foundations, reinforced concrete basement;
The floors are made of Italian, Spanish, Bulgarian quality tiles and 10 mm double click parquet, Kronospan/Egger in the apartments.
In the common areas and stairwell the floors will be granite.
The interior and exterior stairs will be provided with stainless steel handrails.
The wall finishes are of high quality, the interior walls are executed with Ytong masonry with a thickness of 12.5-30 cm over which dry plaster is applied - gypsum board, plaster and washable paint;
The ceilings are clad with plasterboard on a metal structure;
The exterior walls are made of 30 cm thick Ytong masonry. The facades are clad with 10 cm thick polystyrene - EPS 80.
The exterior carpentry is made of PVC Salamander, pentacameral profile (5 chambers) and Low-e-24 mm insulating glass.
The access doors to the apartments are metal, with multipoint locking PINUM type, with metal structure covered with MDF panels.
The interior doors are made of honeycomb cellular structure, covered on both sides with PINUM MDF boards.
The apartments will have bathrooms equipped with furniture, ceiling lights and spotlights. sanitary ware, furniture and accessories (mirror, batteries, etc.). Apartments will have an AC unit included.
Own heating plants will be provided;
